Although the trainer may be skilled in his knowledge, he may not be able to transfer this knowledge and skills properly due to lack of required training skills. In order to fill this gap, The Yellow Spot offers the “Train the Trainer” program, aimed at improving the facilitation skills of the trainer.

The course will also help participants understand how adults learn and adjust their learning methodologies to the needs of their participants. It will help enhance the trainers presentation skills along with classroom management, participant management skills.

We will give case studies and take the participant through various scenarios, showcasing how to identify training needs. Hence weather a training to be imparted is functional or behavioral or competency based, how to differentiate and identify that will be covered here

How to build audience rapport and participation?

Apart from Ice breakers and energizers, we will train on how to use the right communication and body language as well as the Visual – Auditory – Kinesthetic Model. Additionally we will also train you to understand the participants’ level and match your wavelength with theirs

How to apply Adult Learning Principles?

Adult Learning theory says that mature adult people learn differently than children. There are 6 to 7 principles which the participants are taken through which will help them in classroom management

How to deal with difficult participants?

Participants come for various reasons, and we train you to deal with each one of them. We will talk about the type of difficult participants and ways of dealing with them

How to evaluate training effectiveness?

Here you will learn to create feedback forms, create assessments based on competencies, Job Descriptions and KRA’s

Kirkpatrick Model of ROI will be discussed. The 5 steps of this model will be discussed.
